MYH10 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects MYH10 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MYH10, also known as Myosin IIb, Myosin-10, NMMHC-IIB, or nonmuscle myosin heavy chain IIb, plays a critical role in cellular dynamics, particularly in maintaining cell shape and facilitating cytokinesis. MYH10 is essential for various cellular movements, including phagocytosis and muscle contraction, by interacting with actin filaments to generate the necessary force.
