Mx2 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Mx2 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Mx2 (H-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Mx2, also known as MxB, is a cytoplasmic protein that plays a crucial role in regulating the efficiency and kinetics of nuclear import, a function particularly important for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to viral infections.
