mucolipin 2 Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects mucolipin 2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). mucolipin 2 Antibody (F-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Mucolipin 2 is a vital lysosomal protein that plays a crucial role in cellular ion homeostasis and is involved in the regulation of intracellular calcium levels, which is essential for various cellular processes, including signal transduction and muscle contraction. Mucolipin 2′s ability to form cation channels allows for the transport of ions across lysosomal membranes, thereby influencing lysosomal function and integrity.
