SEE ALSO...

MRCKβ Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MRCK beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MRCKβ antibody (C-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MRCK beta protein plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating actin dynamics and cell motility. MRCK beta protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where MRCK beta protein interacts with nonmuscle myosin light chains and influences actin-myosin contractility, which is essential for various cellular processes such as migration, division, and shape maintenance. MRCK beta protein′s ability to phosphorylate and activate downstream targets, including LIM kinases, underscores MRCK beta protein′s importance in cytoskeletal reorganization and neurite outgrowth, making MRCK beta protein a significant player in both normal physiological functions and pathological conditions. MRCKβ (C-12) antibody can help researchers gain valuable insights into mechanisms of cell movement and underlying processes of diseases related to cytoskeletal dysfunction.
