Monoglyceride Lipase Antibody (C-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Monoglyceride Lipase of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Monoglyceride Lipase antibody (C-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Monoglyceride Lipase (MGL), also referred to as Lysophospholipase-like or Lysophospholipase homolog, plays a crucial role in the endocannabinoid system, where MGL is essential for the degradation of endocannabinoids and the complete hydrolysis of monoglycerides.
