SEE ALSO...

MOB1A Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MOB1A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MOB1A antibody (G-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MOB1A protein plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation and tumor suppression, functioning as a key component of the Hippo signaling pathway, which is essential for controlling cell growth and preventing excessive cell proliferation. This pathway is particularly important in maintaining tissue homeostasis and preventing cancer development, as MOB1A regulates the activity of downstream effectors like NDR-family protein kinases and LATS1 kinase. Through binding and modulating these kinases, MOB1A helps orchestrate cellular responses to various stimuli, including stress and growth factors, thereby influencing cell fate decisions. MOB1A′s interaction with these critical regulators underscores MOB1A′s significance in cellular signaling and potential as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment.

Are there any issues with using sc-393212: MOB1A (G-7) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: Germaine
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-393212 conjugates.
