MNDA Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MNDA protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MNDA (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MNDA protein, or myeloid cell nuclear differentiation antigen, plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in differentiation and function of myeloid cells, which are essential for innate immunity. MNDA primarily localizes in the nucleus, where MNDA (C-3) monoclonal antibody detects regulation of gene expression and modulation of transcription factors such as NFkB, E2F, AP-1, and p53. This nuclear localization enables direct influence on cellular processes such as proliferation and apoptosis, impacting overall immune response. MNDA protein interacts with other interferon-inducible proteins, including IFI-16, underscoring importance in immune regulation. Expression of MNDA specifically occurs in cells of granulocyte-macrophage lineage, highlighting significance in development and function of these critical immune cells.
