MFF Antibody (A-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects MFF (mitochondrial fission factor) in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MFF is a crucial 342 amino acid single-pass type IV membrane protein located in the outer membrane of mitochondria, playing a vital role in mitochondrial and peroxisomal fission, which is essential for maintaining cellular energy homeostasis and regulating apoptosis.
