SEE ALSO...

MEK-7 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects MEK-7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MEK-7 antibody (E-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MEK-7, also known as MKK-7, plays a crucial role in activating the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway, which regulates cellular responses to stress, inflammation, and apoptosis. MEK-7-mediated JNK activation is particularly important in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell differentiation, survival, and response to environmental stimuli. Understanding MEK-7 function and JNK activation can provide valuable insights into mechanisms underlying diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making MEK-7 (E-7) monoclonal antibody a vital tool for researchers studying these critical pathways.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excelente en inmunoblotUn anticuerpo que da unos resultados muy robustos, claros y altamente específicos. Lo hemos probado en el análisis por inmunoblot de extractos crudos de macrófagos de médula ósea. El primer análisis lo diluímos 1:250 pero seguro que funciona más diluído.
