MDM2 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 100-320 of human MDM2, designed for applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA), and flow cytometry (FCM), with specific reactivity to human samples. MDM2, also called murine double minute-2, is a nuclear-localized E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a critical role in regulating the tumor suppressor protein p53 by targeting p53 for ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation.
