MCM5 Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects MCM5 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MCM5 plays a crucial role in DNA replication as a member of the mini-chromosome maintenance (MCM) protein family, which ensures that DNA replication occurs only once per cell cycle, thereby maintaining genomic stability.
