    SEE ALSO...

MB67 Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects MB67 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-MB67 antibody (H-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MB67, also known as constitutively acting receptor 1 (CAR1), plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression in the liver, where MB67 is predominantly expressed. MB67 belongs to a unique class of nuclear hormone receptors known as orphan receptors, characterized by their ability to activate transcription without a known ligand. Unlike traditional hormone receptors that require binding with specific hormones to initiate transcription, MB67 operates constitutively, forming heterodimers with retinoic-X receptors to bind DNA and activate target gene transcription. This unique mechanism allows for regulation of metabolic processes and detoxification pathways in the liver, highlighting MB67 ′s importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to physiological changes.
