can this antibody be used for WB in mouse cell line?

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody in mouse samples, and so it is currently only recommended for detection of human cells and tissues. Please check back for updates!

Can this antibody be used in IHC with paraffin-embedded samples?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this MAVS antibody sc-166583 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
