MAPBPIP Antibody (B-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects MAPBPIP protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). MAPBPIP monoclonal antibody (B-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. MAPBPIP, also known as p14 and late endosomal/lysosomal MP1-interacting protein, plays a crucial role as an adaptor protein in the mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathway, specifically enhancing the regulation of the extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) cascade.
