Ly-6K Antibody (G-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the Ly-6K protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ly-6K (G-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Ly-6K protein, also known as lymphocyte antigen 6 complex, locus K, is a 165 amino acid protein that is both secreted and lipid-anchored to the cell membrane, featuring a unique UPAR/Ly6 domain. Ly-6K protein is predominantly expressed in the testis and plays a crucial role in cell growth, making Ly-6K a potential marker for various carcinomas.
