LXRα/β Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LXRα and LXRβ in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LXRα/β (G-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and multiple conjugated forms, such as agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and various Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The liver X receptors (LXRs), which include LXRα and LXRβ, are crucial for regulating lipid metabolism and play a significant role in maintaining cholesterol homeostasis.
