LTBP-1 Antibody (H-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LTBP-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LTBP-1 (H-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Latent transforming growth factor-beta 1 binding protein 1 (LTBP-1) plays a crucial role in regulating the transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-beta) signaling pathway, which is essential for various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and immune response.
