Datasheets
  • LSP1 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 λ LSP1 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
  • raised against a peptide mapping within an internal region of LSP1 of mouse origin
  • LSP1 Antibody (B-6) is recommended for detection of LSP1 of mouse and rat origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA
  • Anti-LSP1 Antibody (B-6) is available conjugated to agarose for IP; HRP for WB, IHC(P) and ELISA; and to either phycoerythrin or FITC for IF, IHC(P) and FCM
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647 for WB (RGB), IF, IHC(P) and FCM, and for use with RGB fluorescent imaging systems, such as iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • also available conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790 for WB (NIR), IF and FCM; for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR®Odyssey®, iBright™ FL1000, FluorChem™, Typhoon, Azure and other comparable systems
  • m-IgGλ BP-HRP (mouse IgGλ binding protein-HRP) is the preferred secondary detection reagent for LSP1 Antibody (B-6) for WB and IHC(P) applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with LSP1 Antibody (B-6) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGλ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

    SEE ALSO...

LSP1 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects LSP1 of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LSP1 (B-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LSP1, also known as pp52, is a hematopoietic-expressed gene that encodes an F-actin-binding, leukocyte-specific phosphoprotein, playing a crucial role in the immune response by regulating leukocyte functions such as motility and chemotaxis. LSP1 is involved in cytoskeletal remodeling, which is essential for the movement and activation of immune cells, including B and T lymphocytes, granulocytes, and macrophages. The gene encoding LSP1 is located on human chromosome 11p15.5, a region associated with tumor-related chromosomal translocations in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, highlighting LSP1′s potential significance in cancer biology. The promoter of LSP1 contains critical elements that regulate transcriptional activity, including Ets and SP1 motifs, which are vital for precise expression in response to various signaling pathways.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-271137 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Cweed
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
