Lsh Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Lsh protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Lsh antibody (H-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lsh protein, also known as lymphoid-specific helicase, plays a crucial role in transcription regulation through chromatin remodeling involvement. Lsh (H-4) antibody targets a protein highly expressed in lymphoid precursor cells and essential for peripheral T lymphocyte proliferation, highlighting immune response and development importance.
