EZHIP Antibody (D-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects EZHIP protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-EZHIP antibody (D-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. EZHIP (D-1) antibody enables research into EZHIP′s crucial role in gene expression regulation, particularly in X chromosome inactivation, which ensures dosage compensation between males and females. X-inactivation prevents overexpression of X-linked genes in females who possess two X chromosomes. Disruptions in X-inactivation can lead to various developmental disorders and contribute to disease pathogenesis, highlighting the significance of studying EZHIP and its cellular interactions. EZHIP monoclonal antibody (D-1) supports research into molecular mechanisms underlying X-linked gene regulation and its implications in human health.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-515296 P appropriate for?

Asked by: Dr Ninau Qelp
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
