Lnk Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the specific epitope between amino acids 447-575 at the C-terminus of Lnk protein in mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Lnk antibody (A-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Lnk protein plays a crucial role in the signaling pathways of immune cells, particularly in B cell receptor (BCR) and T cell receptor (TCR) activation. Lnk protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the regulation of cellular responses to external stimuli, which is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis and preventing autoimmune diseases.
