The LAMP2A bands from MDA-MB-468 (human triple negative breast cancer cells) and HeLa cells are not lined up. They are both human cells, but why the size of LAMP2A are different?

We recommend using 5% nonfat milk + TBST (available pre-made as our TBS Blotto A: sc-2333) for blocking and both primary and secondary incubations with this LAMP-2 Antibody (H4B4): sc-18822.
