Lamin B1 Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Lamin B1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Lamin B1 plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of the nuclear envelope and is a key component of the nuclear lamina, which provides a supportive framework for the nucleus and interacts with chromatin to regulate gene expression. Anti-Lamin B1 antibody (B-10) helps researchers study cellular longevity and stability, as Lamin B1 helps preserve nuclear shape and organization during cell division and in response to various cellular stresses.
