L-type Ca++ CP γ8 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects L-type Ca++ CP gamma 8 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). L-type Ca++ CP γ8 (A-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. L-type Ca++ CP gamma 8 plays a crucial role in voltage-dependent calcium channels, which mediate calcium entry into excitable cells in response to membrane depolarization.
