    SEE ALSO...

L-type Ca++ CP γ2 Antibody (D-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects L-type Ca++ CP gamma 2 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). L-type Ca++ CP γ2 (D-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. L-type Ca++ CP gamma 2, also known as stargazin, plays a crucial role in the regulation of synaptic transmission by modulating the trafficking of AMPA receptors to the synaptic membrane, which is essential for proper neuronal communication and plasticity. L-type Ca++ CP gamma 2 is predominantly located in the synaptic plasma membranes of excitatory neurons, where L-type Ca++ CP gamma 2 facilitates the assembly of receptor complexes and enhances synaptic strength, thereby influencing learning and memory processes. The interaction of L-type Ca++ CP gamma 2 with other subunits of calcium channels, such as gamma3 and gamma4, further underscores its importance in the formation of macromolecular signaling complexes that fine-tune calcium signaling pathways in response to synaptic activity. Anti-L-type Ca++ CP γ2 antibody (D-7) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into the mechanisms of synaptic regulation and the role of calcium channels in various physiological processes.

I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with L-type Ca++ CP γ2 (D-7): sc-376281?

    Asked by: Randy McDonald
We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. A complete list of available binding proteins is available on our website here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/browse/support-products-mouse-igg-binding-proteins/_/N-ecrety

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work much on WBWe got a sample of this one, and it worked well. Then we bought a new one and always keep it in 4 degrees. I tested 1:1000 1:500, and 1:300 by WB. The bands are unbelievable weak.
