L-Selectin Antibody (lam1-116) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects L-Selectin in mouse, rat, human, and guinea pig samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). L-Selectin, also known as LECAM-1 or CD62L, plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the adhesion of leukocytes to the endothelium, which is essential for the migration of immune cells to sites of inflammation or injury.
