    SEE ALSO...

Klotho Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Klotho in human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Klotho is a vital protein that functions as a co-receptor for fibroblast growth factors, playing a crucial role in regulating mineral metabolism and aging processes. Klotho′s presence is particularly significant in the kidneys and brain, where Klotho helps modulate calcium and phosphate homeostasis, thereby influencing bone health and cardiovascular function. Notably, Klotho′s deficiency is associated with accelerated aging phenotypes, such as arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis, highlighting Klotho′s importance in maintaining physiological balance. Anti-Klotho antibody (D-4) provides reliable detection of this essential protein, facilitating research into Klotho′s role in age-related diseases and potential therapeutic interventions.
