SEE ALSO...

KIAA2013 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects KIAA2013 protein of human, mouse, and rat origin through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-KIAA2013 antibody (G-10) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. KIAA2013 is a 634 amino acid single-pass type I membrane protein that exists as two alternatively spliced isoforms and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 1p36.22. This chromosome is significant as it is the largest human chromosome, encompassing approximately 260 million base pairs and accounting for about 8% of the human genome, which contains around 3,000 genes. KIAA2013 plays a crucial role in cellular processes, including cell signaling and membrane dynamics, making KIAA2013 important for understanding various physiological and pathological conditions. Additionally, the gene′s location on chromosome 1 links KIAA2013 to numerous diseases, including certain cancers and genetic disorders, highlighting the relevance of KIAA2013 in both basic research and clinical applications.
