Jun Antibody (G-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Jun protein of Drosophila origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Jun (G-7) antibody is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Jun protein plays a crucial role as a transcription factor, participating in essential signaling pathways conserved across species, including mammalian Ras, Raf, and extracellular signal-regulated kinase cascades.
