    SEE ALSO...

JMJD4 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects JMJD4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). JMJD4 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. JMJD4, also known as Jumonji domain-containing protein 4, plays a pivotal role in regulating chromatin dynamics and gene transcription through its function as a histone demethylase. Specifically, JMJD4 removes methyl groups from lysine residues on histones, which is crucial for modulating chromatin structure and gene expression. This process maintains cellular identity and function by influencing transcriptional activity of genes vital for various biological processes, including development and cellular response to environmental signals. JMJD4′s ability to regulate gene expression through histone modification underscores its importance in epigenetic regulation and cellular differentiation, making JMJD4 a significant target for research in developmental biology and cancer studies.
