    IVNS1ABP Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IVNS1ABP protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-IVNS1ABP antibody (G-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IVNS1ABP protein, also known as influenza virus NS1A binding protein, ARA3, FLARA3, KIAA0850, NS1, or NS1BP, is a 642 amino acid protein that is crucial for maintaining cellular integrity as IVNS1ABP localizes to both the nucleus and cytoplasm. Notably, IVNS1ABP contains one BACK domain, one BTB (POZ) domain, and six Kelch repeats, which contribute to structural stability and functional versatility. IVNS1ABP functions as a homodimer linked through BTB domain and interacts with F-Actin, playing a vital role in organization and stabilization of actin cytoskeleton. IVNS1ABP′s importance extends to involvement in various cellular processes, including regulation of cell division, pre-mRNA splicing, and activation of ERK signaling pathway, as well as providing neuroprotective effects by safeguarding dendritic spines. IVNS1ABP′s ability to interact with specific proteins within these pathways underscores significance in cellular dynamics and potential implications in disease states, making IVNS1ABP monoclonal antibody (G-9) an essential tool for researchers studying cytoskeletal organization and related cellular functions.
