IRAK-1 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IRAK-1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHCP, and ELISA. IRAK-1 Antibody (F-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IRAK-1 plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in signaling pathways activated by interleukin-1 (IL-1) and Toll-like receptors (TLRs). Upon binding of IL-1 to its receptor, IRAK-1 is recruited to the receptor complex, leading to activation of downstream signaling cascades, including the NF-kB pathway, which is essential for expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
