IPP-1 Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IPP-1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IPP-1 (B-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The inhibitor of protein phosphatase 1 (IPP-1, also known as I-1) is crucial for regulating phosphorylation of other proteins, which is vital for numerous cellular processes, including signal transduction and metabolic regulation.
