What is the reason that this antibody recognises ~130 kDa protein, while other Santa Cruz antibodies vs. Insulin Receptor beta reveal a band around ~95 kDa?

Thank you for your question. The 130 kDa processed insulin Rβ as detected by insulin Rβ Antibody (C-4): sc-373975 is described in PMID 2187866 “Processed 130-kDa alpha and 95-kDa beta subunits were also observed and contained approximately 20% as much protein as the proreceptor on a molar basis.” Please contact technical service for more information.
