SEE ALSO...

IL-28 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-28 of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-28 (D-12) antibody is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. IL-28, also known as interleukin-28, plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in antiviral defense, by promoting immune cell activation and enhancing cytokine production. This function is vital for combating viral infections, making IL-28 a significant target for research in immunology and therapeutic development. IL-28 interacts with specific receptors, such as IL-28 receptor, which is essential for mediating biological effects, further underscoring the importance of studying IL-28 in immune regulation and potential disease treatment.
