    SEE ALSO...

IL-17R Antibody (C-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects IL-17R in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IL-17R antibody (C-12) specifically targets IL-17 receptor, a type I transmembrane protein composed of 864 amino acids, which plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-17. IL-17R (C-12) antibody recognizes a receptor predominantly expressed in the spleen and kidney, highlighting its importance in immune responses and tissue homeostasis. The interaction between IL-17 and IL-17R is vital for the activation of downstream signaling pathways that lead to the production of other inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6 and IL-8, thereby amplifying the immune response. Understanding the function and signaling mechanisms of IL-17R is essential for elucidating its role in various inflammatory diseases and conditions, making IL-17R (C-12) monoclonal antibody a valuable tool for researchers studying immune regulation and cytokine signaling pathways.
