IL-17F Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects IL-17F of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-IL-17F antibody (D-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IL-17F, a member of the interleukin-17 family, plays a crucial role in mediating inflammatory responses and is primarily produced by activated CD4(+) T cells and activated monocytes.
