SEE ALSO...

IL-10Rβ Antibody (B-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects IL-10Rβ in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IL-10Rβ plays a crucial role in the immune response by forming a heterodimeric receptor with IL-10Rα, which is essential for mediating the anti-inflammatory effects of interleukin-10 (IL-10). This receptor complex is vital for regulating immune responses, particularly in chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases. IL-10Rβ expression is widespread, being found in various immune cells, including natural killer (NK) cells, where IL-10Rβ enhances cytokine production upon IL-10 binding. IL-10′s interaction with IL-10Rβ not only promotes immune cell survival and proliferation but also inhibits pro-inflammatory cytokine production, maintaining immune homeostasis. Anti-IL-10Rβ antibody (B-4) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune regulation mechanisms and the therapeutic potential of targeting IL-10 signaling pathways in various diseases.
