SEE ALSO...

IκB-ε Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IκB-ε protein of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IκB-ε monoclonal antibody (G-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IκB-ε plays a crucial role in the regulation of the nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) signaling pathway, which is essential for controlling immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. By sequestering NF-kB dimers in the cytoplasm, IκB-ε prevents their translocation to the nucleus, thereby inhibiting the expression of target genes involved in these processes. IκB-ε involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases, highlights how dysregulation of NF-kB activity can lead to inappropriate immune responses or tumor progression.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-7275 P appropriate for?

Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
