IGFBP2 Antibody (G-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IGFBP2 in mouse and rat samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGFBP2 (G-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Insulin-like growth factor-binding proteins (IGFBPs) are crucial regulators of the IGF signaling system, and IGFBP2 plays a significant role in modulating IGF bioavailability by acting as a chaperone that transports growth factors to target tissues.
