IGF2BP3 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects IGF2BP3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IGF2BP3 (E-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding proteins (IGF2BPs) play a crucial role in RNA metabolism and synthesis, with IGF2BP3 being particularly significant in cancer biology. IGF2BP3 interacts with several key mRNAs, including those for c-Myc and IGF-II, which are vital for cell proliferation and growth. IGF2BP3 regulates IGF-II protein levels, and knockdown through RNA interference decreases IGF-II protein levels without affecting the mRNA levels of IGF-II, c-Myc, or β Actin, highlighting a role in post-transcriptional regulation.
