IgD Antibody (H6/31) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects immunoglobulin D (IgD) in mouse and rat samples through immunofluorescence (IF) and flow cytometry (FCM) applications. IgD (H6/31) antibody specifically recognizes the delta heavy chains and is crucial for understanding IgD′s role as a transmembrane receptor molecule co-expressed with IgM on the surface of mature and naive B cells, particularly in the spleen.
