SEE ALSO...

Id1 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody developed to recognize the full-length human Id1 protein by targeting an epitope encompassing amino acids 1-154. Inhibitor of DNA binding 1 (Id1), also called Idb1, bHLHb24, and D2Wsu140e, is a member of the Inhibitor of DNA binding (Id) family of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) proteins, and plays a pivotal role in regulating cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and angiogenesis. Id1 functions primarily by dimerizing with class A and B HLH proteins, thereby preventing their binding to DNA and inhibiting their transcriptional activity. Post-translational modifications of Id1, including phosphorylation and ubiquitination, are critical for modulating stability, subcellular localization, and interactions with other proteins, which influence ability to regulate gene expression and cell cycle progression. These modifications are essential for maintaining proper cellular function and have significant implications in cancer research, where dysregulation of Id1 can contribute to uncontrolled cell growth and metastasis. Anti-Id1 antibody (F-10) is specifically engineered to detect human Id1 across various applications, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), ensuring reliable and consistent results for researchers studying the intricate mechanisms of Id1 in different biological contexts. By facilitating the investigation of Id1′s post-translational modifications and their effects on protein function, Id1 (F-10) antibody serves as an invaluable tool for advancing our understanding of muscle differentiation, cell cycle control, and the molecular pathways underlying various diseases. The specificity and versatility make Id1 monoclonal antibody (F-10) an essential reagent for elucidating the complex regulatory networks in which Id1 is involved, thereby supporting breakthroughs in both basic research and therapeutic development.
