HPV16 E7 Antibody (TVG710Y) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects HPV16 E7 protein of HPV-16 origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). Anti-HPV16 E7 antibody (TVG710Y) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HPV16 E7 is a small zinc-binding phosphoprotein primarily localized in the nucleus, where HPV16 E7 plays a critical role in cell cycle regulation.
