HoxD9 Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects HoxD9 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). HoxD9 is a crucial transcription factor involved in the regulation of embryonic development and cellular differentiation, primarily by modulating downstream target genes. HoxD9 expression is particularly significant during the early stages of joint development in mice, where HoxD9 is localized in the articular cartilage, highlighting HoxD9′s role in skeletal formation. Notably, HoxD9 is also implicated in pathological conditions, as HoxD9 is expressed in the synovial tissue of arthritic mice, suggesting a potential involvement in the inflammatory processes associated with arthritis.
