HoxA11 Antibody (B-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HoxA11 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-HoxA11 antibody (B-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. HoxA11, a member of the AbdB homeobox family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of embryonic development and is essential for female fertility, as HoxA11 governs the cyclic development of the adult endometrium and the formation of the uterus during embryogenesis. Notably, HoxA11 is involved in the mid-luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, where HoxA11 expression significantly increases to facilitate the implantation of the blastocyst, highlighting its importance in reproductive biology. Additionally, HoxA11 interacts with various transcription factors and signaling pathways that are vital for proper morphogenesis, making HoxA11 a key player in the development of the vertebrate central nervous system, heart, axial skeleton, limbs, gut, and urogenital tract.
