    HNRPLL Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects HNRPLL protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HNRPLL antibody (A-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L-like (HNRPLL), also known as stromal RNA-regulating factor (SRRF), is a crucial 542 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in RNA processing. HNRPLL is primarily located in the nucleus, where HNRPLL is involved in the regulation of pre-mRNA splicing, a vital process for gene expression and cellular function. Nuclear localization allows HNRPLL to interact with pre-mRNA substrates and spliceosomal components, thereby influencing alternative splicing mechanisms that can affect protein diversity and function. HNRPLL shares 69% amino acid homology with hnRNP L, which also binds to the 3′ end of introns, further underscoring HNRPLL′s role in mRNA processing. HNRPLL contains three RNA-regulating motif (RRF) domains that feature RNA-binding regions, facilitating interaction with RNA molecules. HNRPLL interacts with BAT1, an RNA-dependent ATPase that regulates ATP hydrolysis during pre-mRNA splicing, highlighting HNRPLL′s importance in the splicing machinery. HNRPLL is widely expressed across various human tissues, including the pancreas, lung, kidney, placenta, heart, skeletal muscle, and bone marrow stromal cells, and is produced as four isoforms through alternative splicing, reflecting HNRPLL′s diverse functional roles in cellular processes.
