SEE ALSO...

hnRNP M3/4 Antibody (2A6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects hnRNP M in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF). hnRNP M plays a crucial role in pre-mRNA splicing and is particularly important in the regulation of gene expression under stress conditions, where hnRNP M can induce transient splicing arrest. This function is vital as hnRNP M allows cells to adapt splicing patterns in response to environmental changes, thereby influencing the production of various protein isoforms that can help cells cope with stress. hnRNP M monoclonal antibody (2A6) provides reliable detection of hnRNP M, facilitating studies on mRNA processing and implications in diseases associated with splicing dysregulation. hnRNP M (2A6) antibody is an essential tool for researchers investigating RNA biology and molecular mechanisms underlying cellular responses to stress.
