SEE ALSO...

hnRNP M1-4 Antibody (1D8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects hnRNP M1-4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC). hnRNP M1-4 (1D8) monoclonal antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs) play a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in mRNA processing and transport. hnRNP M proteins, specifically, are involved in pre-mRNA splicing and can influence the stability and translation of mRNA. hnRNP M1-4 proteins are known to interact with other splicing factors and RNA-binding proteins, which is essential for the proper assembly of the spliceosome, a complex responsible for the removal of introns from pre-mRNA. This interaction is vital for maintaining the fidelity of gene expression, as errors in splicing can lead to the production of dysfunctional proteins and contribute to various diseases. The ability of hnRNP M proteins to shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm further underscores their importance in post-transcriptional regulation, making anti-hnRNP M1-4 monoclonal antibody (1D8) an invaluable tool for researchers studying RNA biology and its implications in health and disease.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of bovine origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
