SEE ALSO...

hnRNP L Antibody (4D11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects hnRNP L protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. anti-hnRNP L antibody (4D11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L (hnRNP L) plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression, particularly in mRNA transcription, pre-mRNA processing, and mature mRNA transport to the cytoplasm for translation. hnRNP L is primarily localized in the nucleoplasm, where hnRNP L interacts with RNA and other proteins to influence alternative splicing mechanisms, which are vital for generating protein diversity and regulating cellular responses. hnRNP L, along with hnRNP I homolog, binds to the 3′ end of introns, thereby modulating splicing events that can affect the expression of various genes, including those involved in viral infections such as hepatitis C virus (HCV). hnRNP L′s ability to shuttle between the nucleus and cytoplasm further underscores hnRNP L′s importance in post-transcriptional regulation, making hnRNP L a significant target for studies related to gene expression and viral pathogenesis.

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of equine origin. Do you know if this mouse monoclonal antibody will work?
